Stop Abuse Campaign Poster 2

How many ways can you interpret the same idea and still make it fresh? This is a huge question.. I think the challenge of reinterpreting an existing idea is one of the best ways to grow. You know the concept has a context, but because the idea is familiar, it needs to be filtered in a new way. Here is my 'go' at this challenge.. there will be one last piece in the series, as well.

Stop Abuse Campaign Poster 1

Most of my work lately seems to be connected to non-profit organizations and informative ads. I'm drawn to the line between creating a compelling/evocative visual and over-sharing on a subject that is already difficult for some people to confront. I genuinely think most individuals want to care, but they need the space to make a decision.. for this reason, I believe going simple is often better.

Haiti - Poster Mock Up


Haiti - I designed this after the recent devastating earthquake as a mock YELEHaiti Fund poster. The goal of this personal assignment was to define the necessity for assistance in Haiti, but not to belittle the strength or determination of its people.

ASPCA - Poster Mock Up


I did a previous assignment which introduced me to the ASPCA as an entity. The experience of visiting the animals was so moving that I utilized the photos I had taken and created a series of posters.
